Increasingly, people in our society today feel that the only way to be heard is through agressive and abusive behavior.  It has been said “A soft answer turneth away wrath, grievious words stirrith anger”. Anonymous.  Or another saying “It is easier to catch a fly with honey than with vinegar”.  Anonymous.  These things are true and we at Cachet would rather sit down with someone and discuss any problems rationally than in an atmosphere were we feel threatened or abused. Our primary goal is to provide quality health care to our patients and this must be done in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.

Please bear the following in mind:

AGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR (VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY) TOWARDS STAFF, PHYSICIANS  OR OTHER PATIENTS AT THIS CLINIC WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

IF ANY PATIENT DECIDES TO ACT IN THE ABOVE MANNER, HE OR SHE WILL BE ASKED TO FIND A NEW FAMILY PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
